Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN), a leading electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, announced today that its subsidiary, Bollinger Motors, has secured a deal to sell 70 Bollinger B4 all-electric Class 4 commercial trucks to Doering Fleet Management, a prominent fleet management company in the U.S. The agreement, valued at approximately $11.5 million, marks the first deployment of Bollinger B4 trucks by Doering, with initial deliveries expected in late 2024.

The Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, designed with extensive input from fleets and upfitters, features an all-new battery-electric platform optimized for commercial use. Its unique 800-volt architecture ensures durability and serviceability, setting new standards in capability and performance within the commercial truck market. Bollinger Motors recently qualified for federal clean vehicle incentives under the Inflation Reduction Act, offering $40,000 in tax credits per truck.
In recent months, Bollinger Motors achieved several key milestones, including EPA certification, significant sales agreements with Momentum Groups, EnviroCharge, and Spencer Manufacturing, and expanded its dealer and service network with partnerships like Nacarato Truck Centers, Nuss Truck & Equipment, and LaFontaine Auto Group.
