Load One, LLC, a leading provider of expedited transportation and logistics services, announced a planned leadership transition. Founder and current CEO John Elliott will become Executive Chairman of the Board, with Jack Donnell, formerly of FedEx Custom Critical, appointed as the new CEO.
Since founding Load One in 2003, Elliott has grown the company from a small regional carrier into a prominent North American provider of time-critical transportation solutions.
“I am very excited to welcome Jack as our new CEO,” said Elliott. “Jack brings extensive industry experience, a deep understanding of our business, and a proven track record. I am confident Jack will lead Load One to new heights during our next phase of growth. As Executive Chairman, I look forward to partnering with Jack to achieve our long-term goals.”
Donnell, with over 35 years in transportation and logistics, most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at FedEx Custom Critical. He has also held leadership roles at Prime360, Graebel Van Lines, Brink’s, and UPS. As CEO, Donnell will focus on maintaining exceptional service for Load One’s time-critical, time-sensitive, and high-value freight needs.
“I am excited to join the Load One family and honored to build on John’s legacy,” said Donnell. “Load One’s mission and strategy remain unchanged. We will continue to uphold our commitment to quality service and strong customer relationships. I look forward to working with the talented Load One team to enhance our offerings and drive future growth.”
