Polestar, the Swedish premium electric performance car brand, has begun delivering its first U.S.-manufactured Polestar 3 SUVs to North American customers. Initial deliveries started in various parts of the U.S. and Canada, and now, units built at the South Carolina facility are reaching customers. This electric SUV marks a significant step in Polestar’s growth, as it expands its lineup from one to three models with the Polestar 2, Polestar 3, and the upcoming Polestar 4.
“Anders Gustafsson, Head of Polestar North America, expressed excitement over the milestone: “I’m incredibly proud to see the U.S.-built Polestar 3 making its way to customers. This model plays a crucial role in our lineup as an SUV crafted for the North American market and assembled in South Carolina.”
Deliveries of Polestar 3 are expected to increase steadily across the U.S. and Canada in the coming weeks. With high customer interest and positive media reviews, demand for the Polestar 3 remains strong. Local test drives are now available at Polestar Spaces, where the SUVs are being delivered to eager customers across the U.S., while deliveries in Canada have begun in key EV markets, including Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
