Daly Seven Partners with EVPassport to Offer EV Charging at Hotels

EVPassport, a global EV charging network, has announced a strategic partnership with Daly Seven, a prominent hospitality owner and operator. This collaboration will bring electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to Daly Seven’s 42 hotel properties across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, enhancing Passport’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and South-eastern U.S.

Daly Seven, recognized by major hotel brands like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Best Western, will integrate EVPassport’s state-of-the-art hardware and cloud-based software through its infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform. This partnership delivers a seamless, reliable EV charging experience, boosting guest satisfaction while aligning with sustainability goals.

“More hotel guests now drive electric vehicles and seek reliable charging options,” said Hooman Shahidi, Co-founder and CEO of EVPassport. “Our partnership with Daly Seven ensures hotels provide superior charging services that enhance guest experiences, improve operational efficiency, and create new revenue streams.”

Joe Daly, CEO of Daly Seven, emphasized the importance of sustainable amenities: “Environmentally conscious travelers expect convenient EV charging. EVPassport empowers our properties to meet this demand, driving innovation and sustainability in the hospitality industry.”

A study by MIT highlights the financial benefits of EV chargers, with businesses near them seeing increased sales. The partnership between EVPassport and Daly Seven marks a significant step forward in combining innovation with hospitality to deliver better outcomes for guests and the environment.
