VinFast, a leading electric vehicle (EV) brand, is partnering with Food Banks Canada for a new initiative to support communities in need. Running from November 18 to December 31, 2024, the Food Banks Canada Support Initiative will donate 100 meals for every test drive taken. With a goal of 1,000 test drives across Canada, the campaign aims to provide up to 100,000 meals to those in need by year’s end.
A Drive for Change
By simply test-driving a VinFast EV, participants will help provide 100 meals, the equivalent of a $50 donation to local food banks. With a national target of $50,000 in meals, this initiative combines VinFast’s commitment to community support with the opportunity to experience its sustainable all-wheel-drive electric vehicles. Customers can further amplify their impact by bringing friends—each additional test drive adds another 100 meals.
VinFast’s headquarters staff will also be volunteering during the holiday season, assisting with donation transportation and helping local food banks.
