Now available in six initial markets, the service offers routine inspections and on-the-spot repairs through a trained network of service providers.

Safeguard Care is especially suited for high-traffic, distributed charging locations like municipal parking areas, office campuses, and public garages—particularly those without in-house maintenance staff. The service includes a comprehensive inspection of each charging station, cleaning of equipment, minor on-site repairs or adjustments, and a test charge to verify functionality. If an issue can’t be resolved during the visit, it is escalated directly to ChargePoint’s support team for prompt resolution.
