Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers, a leader in the tire and automotive aftermarket service industry, has announced its strategic entry into the Texas market through the acquisition of Automotive Super Center (ASC), based in Longview, Texas. This acquisition marks the first step in Dobbs’ buy-and-build strategy, enhancing the company’s growth vision in the fragmented tire and automotive service sector.

Following this acquisition, Dobbs will operate 50 stores across Missouri, Illinois, and Texas, employing over 700 associates. Chris and Eric Gordy, the co-owners of Automotive Super Center, will remain in key leadership roles to support Dobbs’ local operations in Texas.
