Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: DRVN), the leading automotive services company in North America, has announced the appointment of Michael Diamond as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 9, 2024. Joel Arnao, who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since May 2024, will continue as Senior Vice President of FP&A, Investor Relations, and Treasury.

Diamond brings a wealth of financial and multi-unit experience to Driven Brands. Most recently, he served as CFO of The Michaels Companies, a large multi-unit enterprise. Prior to Michaels, he held senior finance roles at Yum! Brands, culminating as CFO of Pizza Hut, U.S. Diamond began his career in private equity and spent four years at the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Notre Dame University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Harvard Business School.
