This massive portfolio includes more than 95,000 team members across 110 facilities spread over 11 countries and four continents. He will report directly to GM President Mark Reuss, who emphasized that Trevorrow’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to accelerating the integration of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies in support of GM’s vision for the future.

In 2013, Trevorrow was named Executive Director of Global Body in Manufacturing Engineering, overseeing some of the company’s most critical vehicle architecture initiatives. He later served as Plant Executive Director for the Lansing Region—home to some of GM’s most advanced assembly facilities.

Trevorrow also demonstrated a deep commitment to employee well-being and workplace culture during his tenure as Vice President of Global Workplace Safety. Under his leadership, GM elevated safety protocols and engagement initiatives across its manufacturing network, helping reduce workplace incidents and improve operational resilience.

In 2023, he was promoted to Vice President of North American Manufacturing, where he was responsible for overseeing production strategy across the company’s largest and most complex market. His performance in this role earned him further advancement in early 2024 when he was tapped to lead Global Manufacturing Engineering.
