He also served as Vice President of the Chrysler/BMW North America Business Unit, where he gained deep insight into complex automotive supply chains and customer requirements.
Following his time at Lear, Hoban joined HNI Corporation, where he spent six years overseeing office furniture operations. In this role, he reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing operations, further strengthening his expertise in operational management and organizational leadership.
