(NASDAQ: MULN) (“Mullen” or the “Company”) announced today that its subsidiary, Bollinger Motors, has secured a deal with Spencer Manufacturing (“Spencer”) to sell five all-electric Class 4 Bollinger B4 commercial trucks. Spencer will customize these trucks into fire rescue vehicles, marking an agreement valued at approximately $825,000.
Specializing in the customization of rescue vehicles and fire trucks like ladder, pumper, tanker, and grass/wildland trucks, Spencer Manufacturing serves municipal fire departments nationwide. Upon Bollinger Motors’ launch of production in the latter half of 2024, Spencer Manufacturing will take delivery of these vehicles.
Spencer Manufacturing utilizes its proprietary Solid-Poly® process to produce corrosion-resistant and highly durable emergency service vehicles. These trucks feature a lifetime warranty on the substructure, body, and tank, offering enhanced water and storage capacities.

Bollinger Motors has achieved significant milestones in recent months, including obtaining the Certificate of Conformity from the Environmental Protection Agency, securing an 80-vehicle sale to Momentum Groups and a 50-vehicle sale to EnviroCharge, and expanding its dealership and service center network with partners like Nacarato Truck Centers, Nuss Truck & Equipment, and LaFontaine Auto Group.
