Pauli will succeed Dennis Bowe, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity during the transition.

Pauli brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience. Before joining STRATTEC, he served as Executive Advisor and CFO at CentroMotion, where he improved forecasting, global spending, and working capital processes. He has also held senior finance roles at Enerpac, including Corporate Controller and VP of Finance. Pauli began his career at Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
