These premium stores are strategically located in Edappally and Kalamassery, offering a distinctive and upscale purchasing and ownership experience that goes beyond traditional car sales for the evolving EV community.
As electric vehicle adoption continues to grow in India, consumer expectations have also evolved. Today’s EV buyers seek a unique experience throughout their purchasing journey, from the product itself to the ownership experience. Addressing this demand, TATA.ev’s new brand identity emphasizes community, technology, and sustainability. These values are reflected in the design of the new stores, which cater specifically to the unique needs of EV customers. TATA.ev Edappally
The TATA.ev Edappally store is the largest of its kind in India, spanning over 8,800 square feet and showcasing more than 10 vehicles with ample parking. It features a 60 kW DC fast charger and offers the TATA.ev Originals accessory range. A dedicated EV service center, featuring 17 bays (12 mechanical and 5 for the body shop), is set to open soon, capable of servicing over 800 vehicles per month.
TATA.ev Kalamassery
The TATA.ev Kalamassery store provides a spacious environment with over 6,100 square feet of display area for up to 6 vehicles and adequate parking for visitors. It also features a 60 kW DC fast charger and offers the TATA.ev Originals accessory range. A dedicated EV service center with 11 mechanical bays will soon be available, capable of servicing over 700 vehicles per month.
Both Kochi stores follow TATA.ev’s guiding principles, featuring dedicated spaces for community events like workshops and meet-ups with EVOLVE members. They also offer a configurator screen for customers to explore different models, features, and pricing, as well as an “EV Demystifier” wall to help customers plan trips with information on charging stations along their routes. Additionally, each store includes a Blue Tokai café, providing a relaxing space for visitors to enjoy coffee while exploring the store’s offerings.
