Roz Ho: Leading Software & Product Innovation
Roz Ho brings three decades of software leadership experience, having held key roles at Microsoft, Ericsson, TiVo, and HP. She notably contributed to the creation of PowerPoint and, as Vice President and Global Head of Print Software at HP, led the development of HP+, a revolutionary cloud-based print solution. Most recently, she served as Chief Software Officer at Ford Motor Inc., where she managed a global team of 8,000 engineers driving advancements in Ford’s vehicular technology.
In her role at Venti, Ho will oversee software and product development to enhance Venti’s cutting-edge AV software solutions, advancing the future of global supply chain logistics.
Ken Pao: Driving Business Growth and Excellence
Ken Pao, a seasoned entrepreneur and former Executive Managing Director at Criteo S.A., has a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth. He has grown startups from zero to $50 million and managed operations generating hundreds of millions in revenue while improving profitability and efficiency.
At Venti, Pao will focus on optimizing business strategies to drive global growth, expand the company’s footprint, and strengthen its leadership in AV logistics to better serve customers worldwide.
