VinFast Auto has officially started delivering its flagship VF 9 all-electric SUV to Canadian customers. The seven-passenger, three-row, dual-motor, all-wheel-drive SUV aims to cater to eco-conscious consumers in the full-size SUV segment, which currently offers limited electric vehicle options.
Starting in November, the VF 9 will be available for delivery across VinFast’s Canadian retail network. Prices begin at $77,321 for the Eco trim and $81,321 for the Plus trim, with both models offering premium features.

The VF 9 boasts an impressive size, measuring 201.5 inches long, 78.9 inches wide, and 66.7 inches high, with a ground clearance of 7.2 inches. These dimensions make it ideal for families seeking roomy, sustainable transportation.
The SUV’s EPA-estimated range is 518 kilometers for the Eco model and 462 kilometers for the Plus model. It includes the VinFast app, which provides access to a broad network of public charging stations, surpassing most other OEM or third-party apps in coverage.

Designed by Pininfarina, the VF 9 stands out with its sleek exterior and cutting-edge features. It includes an advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS), a smart infotainment suite, and 11 airbags for enhanced safety. The cabin features a 15.6-inch customizable touchscreen with internet connectivity, allowing for streaming, browsing, and navigation. Without an internal combustion engine, the VF 9 also offers increased cargo space, including a front trunk (frunk).
