Bollinger Innovations, Inc. (Nasdaq: BINI), a manufacturer of electric vehicles, today announced that its previously disclosed name change from Mullen Automotive Inc. to Bollinger Innovations, Inc. became effective on July 28, 2025. The Company’s common stock now trades on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “BINI” as of market open on the same date. The CUSIP number for its common stock remains unchanged.
The name and ticker symbol change will not impact the Company’s legal structure or day-to-day operations. No action is required from shareholders as a result of these updates.
