ChargePoint (NYSE: CHPT), a prominent provider of networked charging solutions for electric vehicles (EVs), has made significant additions to its leadership team. Today, the company announced the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer for Software, and a new Board member, aiming to bolster its position in the electric transportation sector.

Mansi Khetani assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective July 9, 2024. She brings a wealth of experience, having joined ChargePoint in 2018 and previously leading Financial Planning and Analysis. Her background includes senior positions at Gainsight and Rocket Fuel, as well as extensive experience in investment banking with Piper Jaffray and Merrill Lynch. Ms. Khetani holds an MBA and is a Chartered Accountant.
Ash Chowdappa joins ChargePoint as Chief Development Officer for Software, tasked with overseeing software strategy globally. With nearly 25 years in technology leadership, he recently served as SVP of Software at HPE Aruba Networks, driving innovation in cloud, security, and network infrastructure. His strategic vision and technical acumen position him strongly to lead ChargePoint’s software initiatives.
Mitesh Dhruv joins ChargePoint’s Board and will serve on the Audit Committee. With nearly 25 years of experience, including roles as an equity analyst on Wall Street and as CFO of RingCentral, Inc., Mr. Dhruv brings extensive financial expertise. He is recognized for his contributions to the software industry and holds CPA, Chartered Accountant, and CFA designations.
