Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas Generates Nearly $36 Million in Sales

Barrett-Jackson returned to Las Vegas from September 10-12, 2026, delivering another major gathering for the collector-car community and generating nearly $36 million in combined auction sales. The three-day event, held at the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, brought together collectors, automotive enthusiasts, celebrities, bidders and consignors for an auction that featured hundreds of collectible vehicles along with a broad selection of automotive memorabilia.

The 2026 Las Vegas Auction featured 593 collectible vehicles, which together generated close to $35 million in sales. In addition, 250 pieces of authentic automobilia crossed the auction block, producing $1,150,699 in sales. Combined, the vehicle and automobilia results brought total auction sales to nearly $36 million.

The event also delivered one of the most significant charitable moments in Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas history. UFC President and CEO Dana White personally placed the winning $1.5 million bid for a pair of unique Ram trucks. The entire hammer price, with fees and commissions waived, will be divided equally between the Folds of Honor Foundation and the UFC Foundation.

The charitable sale also helped push the total amount Barrett-Jackson has helped raise for charitable causes to more than $173 million.

A Major Weekend for the Collector-Car Market

The Las Vegas event once again demonstrated the breadth of the modern collector-car market. The auction featured a wide-ranging selection of vehicles, from classic American muscle cars and custom-built Corvettes to modern performance cars, limited-production supercars and highly modified trucks.

The atmosphere throughout the three-day event reflected the increasingly diverse nature of collector-car enthusiasm. Traditional classics shared the spotlight with newer performance vehicles, illustrating how collector interest continues to expand beyond vehicles from a particular era.

Barrett-Jackson Chairman and CEO Craig Jackson described the event as another significant chapter in the company’s long-running relationship with Las Vegas.

According to Jackson, the auction transformed the city into a major destination for the collector-car hobby, combining competitive bidding with celebrity appearances, automotive exhibits and entertainment. He also highlighted the charitable fundraising conducted on September 11, which included the headline-making $1.5 million sale involving Dana White.

The strong turnout from bidders, fans and consignors helped create an event that extended beyond a conventional vehicle auction. Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas gathering functioned as an automotive lifestyle festival, providing attendees with opportunities to see collectible vehicles, interact with exhibitors and participate in entertainment and family-oriented activities.

Ford GT Leads the Top Vehicle Sales

One of the most notable sales of the weekend came on Super Saturday, when a 2019 Ford GT Lightweight Carbon Series sold for $968,000.

The Ford GT has become one of the most desirable modern American supercars, combining limited production with high-performance engineering and a design inspired by Ford’s racing heritage. The Lightweight Carbon Series specification further enhances its appeal among collectors seeking particularly distinctive examples of the model.

The nearly $1 million result placed the Ford GT firmly at the top of the Las Vegas Auction’s vehicle sales.

A 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS Weissach followed with a $495,000 sale. The high-performance Porsche represents the continuing strength of demand for modern enthusiast vehicles, particularly models equipped with track-focused specifications.

The third-highest vehicle sale was a 1962 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible, which achieved $456,500. Its result illustrated the continued appeal of heavily customized versions of iconic American sports cars.

A 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Widebody Licensed Carbon Edition sold for $440,000, while a 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429 reached $429,000.

The remaining vehicles in the top 10 included a 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR Widebody at $423,500, a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Split-Window Coupe at $418,000, a 1965 Lincoln Continental Custom Convertible at $363,000, a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Convertible at $363,000 and a 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda at $363,000.

Together, these results highlight the variety of vehicles commanding strong collector interest at the auction.

The list shows that American performance and muscle cars remained particularly prominent among the strongest sales, while the Ford GT and Porsche 911 GT3 RS demonstrated the market’s appetite for modern performance vehicles.

Dana White’s $1.5 Million Charity Bid

The most memorable transaction of the auction involved Dana White and two special Ram pickups.

White joined Craig Jackson on the auction block for the sale of two championship-style, one-of-one trucks created through a collaboration involving Ram, UFC and RealTruck.

The first was the first retail production 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT pickup, while the second was a custom 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SRT-10.

Rather than purchasing the trucks as separate auction lots, White competed for the pair and ultimately secured both with a $1.5 million winning bid.

The transaction carried additional significance because it took place on September 11, 2026, the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

Barrett-Jackson waived all fees and commissions associated with the sale. As a result, the entire $1.5 million hammer price will be split equally between the Folds of Honor Foundation and the UFC Foundation.

Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to families of fallen or disabled military personnel and first responders. The UFC Foundation’s share will support Hispanic charities.

The sale represented another example of Barrett-Jackson using its high-profile automotive platform to support charitable organizations. The company’s fundraising efforts have now surpassed $173 million over its history.

Remembering September 11

The charitable auction was particularly meaningful because the Las Vegas event coincided with the 25th anniversary of September 11.

Friday’s activities began with a moment of silence honoring those who lost their lives and the people whose lives were permanently changed by the tragedy.

Those gathered inside the auction arena subsequently joined together for the national anthem.

The observance provided a solemn beginning to a day that would later produce one of the weekend’s largest charitable contributions.

For Barrett-Jackson, the combination of remembrance, community participation and fundraising reinforced the role that major automotive events can play beyond buying and selling vehicles.

Celebrity Cars Add to the Las Vegas Appeal

Celebrity ownership and automotive history also played an important role throughout the weekend.

A customized 1971 GMC Jimmy associated with singer and songwriter Edie Brickell sold for $88,000. The SUV added a celebrity connection to an already diverse group of collectible vehicles.

Another notable vehicle was a 1951 Cadillac Series 62 Royal Parade Convertible. The special Cadillac was built by General Motors at the Cadillac factory for Princess Elizabeth before she became Queen Elizabeth II.

The vehicle was used during the 1951 Canadian Royal Tour, when the future Queen was transported in the specially prepared Cadillac.

The historic vehicle ultimately sold for $220,000, combining automotive significance with royal provenance.

Toyota GR Supra Final Edition Heads to Scottsdale

The Las Vegas Auction also provided an early look at a significant vehicle scheduled for a future Barrett-Jackson event.

Actor Cody Walker, CEO of Reach Out WorldWide and founder of FuelFest, visited the auction to view the final-ever Toyota GR Supra MkV Final Edition.

The vehicle was displayed in Las Vegas ahead of its planned appearance at the Barrett-Jackson 2027 Scottsdale Auction in January.

Toyota donated the vehicle, with the entire sale price expected to benefit Reach Out WorldWide, the disaster-relief organization founded in 2010 by Cody Walker’s late brother, actor Paul Walker.

The planned Scottsdale sale gives collectors another opportunity to connect a significant modern performance vehicle with a charitable cause.

Elizabeth Taylor’s Maybach Also Draws Attention

Another significant vehicle displayed in Las Vegas ahead of its future Scottsdale appearance was a 2006 Maybach 57 formerly owned by legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor.

The luxury sedan was Taylor’s final vehicle and was later willed to celebrity stylist and trendsetter José Eber following her death.

The Maybach has reportedly been driven very little since Taylor’s passing and has accumulated only 7,200 actual miles.

Its combination of low mileage, celebrity provenance and connection to one of Hollywood’s most recognizable figures makes it an unusual addition to the collector-car landscape.

The vehicle is scheduled to head to Scottsdale, where it will receive another opportunity to attract collectors and enthusiasts.

Automobilia Sales Surpass $1.15 Million

Vehicles were not the only major attraction in Las Vegas.

Barrett-Jackson sold 250 pieces of authentic automobilia, with every item offered at No Reserve. The collection generated a total of $1,150,699.

Automobilia has become an important part of the collector-car hobby because it allows enthusiasts to acquire historical objects connected to automotive culture without necessarily purchasing an entire vehicle.

The Las Vegas results included vintage service-station signs, gasoline pumps, jukeboxes and other nostalgic pieces.

The highest-selling automobilia item was a 1958 Seeburg Model 201 Jukebox, which sold for $57,500.

A 1923 Gilmore Oil Rapid Dayton Model No. 600 Filling Station Gas Pump followed at $41,400.

A 1952 Mobilgas porcelain sign with an animated neon display achieved $35,075, while a 1950s Standard Oil porcelain sign with an animated neon display sold for $32,200.

A 1960s Chris-Craft Woody Speedboat coin-operated kiddie ride rounded out the highlighted automobilia sales at $30,475.

The $1.15 million automobilia total made the 2026 event the second most successful Las Vegas Auction in Barrett-Jackson history.

Automotive Lifestyle Experience

The auction’s appeal extended well beyond the main auction block.

Barrett-Jackson organized a broad automotive lifestyle experience featuring an Exhibitor Marketplace, sponsor displays, a fan zone, DJs and numerous food options.

The format allowed attendees to spend time exploring automotive products and displays while also watching collector vehicles cross the auction block.

The approach reflects how major collector-car auctions have evolved into large-scale entertainment and lifestyle events. Instead of being focused solely on transactions between buyers and sellers, modern auctions increasingly combine vehicle sales with entertainment, celebrity appearances, exhibits and social experiences.

Las Vegas, with its established reputation as an entertainment destination, provides a natural setting for this type of event.

Opening Night Sets the Tone

The 2026 Las Vegas Auction officially began its broader event experience on September 9 with an invitation-only Opening Night Cocktail Reception at LIV nightclub inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

The event brought together auction guests and automotive enthusiasts in a luxury hospitality setting before the main auction action began.

The collaboration between Barrett-Jackson and Fontainebleau added another dimension to the Las Vegas experience, combining collector-car culture with the city’s hospitality and entertainment environment.

This lifestyle-oriented approach has become an important part of Barrett-Jackson’s strategy for its major auction events.

A Strong Result for the Collector-Car Hobby

The nearly $36 million total generated in Las Vegas demonstrates continued demand for collectible vehicles, customized classics, modern performance cars and automotive memorabilia.

With nearly $35 million generated from 593 collectible vehicles and more than $1.15 million from 250 automobilia pieces, the auction delivered strong results across multiple segments of the collector market.

The $968,000 Ford GT led vehicle sales, while a diverse collection of Corvettes, Mustangs, Porsches, muscle cars and custom vehicles rounded out the strongest results.

At the same time, the $1.5 million Dana White charity purchase provided the weekend with a defining moment that went beyond the collector-car market.

The event also reinforced Barrett-Jackson’s long-standing connection between automotive enthusiasm and charitable giving. With more than $173 million raised for charity over the company’s history, fundraising remains a significant component of its events.

As the collector-car market continues to evolve, the 2026 Las Vegas Auction demonstrated that enthusiasm extends across generations and vehicle categories. From historic royal Cadillacs and classic muscle cars to modern supercars, custom trucks and memorabilia, the weekend brought together many different elements of automotive culture.

The combination of strong auction sales, celebrity participation, charity fundraising and entertainment ultimately made the 2026 Las Vegas Auction another major event on the collector-car calendar and further strengthened Barrett-Jackson’s position as one of the industry’s most prominent auction platforms.
