The Mobility House has launched a company in Canada, marking a significant step in its mission to enable zero-emission transportation through smart charging solutions. This new office expands The Mobility House’s global reach, complementing its established operations in Munich, Paris, Zurich, Singapore, and Belmont, California.
The company is already supporting vehicle fleets across Canada, with eight smart charging deployments underway from Vancouver to Montreal. To date, the Canadian government has allocated CAD 1.2 billion to support the nationwide rollout of charging stations, in line with its commitment to achieving 100% zero-emission vehicle sales by 2035.
“We are excited to expand our business into Canada, a country making great strides toward sustainable transportation,” said Gregor Hintler, CEO of The Mobility House North America. “With our cutting-edge technology and a strong network of partners and customers, we are accelerating the transition to zero emissions and cost-efficient charging across the continent.”
ChargePilot®, The Mobility House’s charging management system (CMS), is used at more than 1,700 sites worldwide to manage and optimize electric vehicle fleet charging. It is interoperable with all manufacturers that, like The Mobility House, adhere to open OCPP protocol standards.
The software development team behind ChargePilot® is based in Canada, ensuring the product continues to meet the evolving needs of fleet operators and maintains its reputation as the most tested and reliable charging management system on the market.
“Fleet operators across Canada are eager to experience the most advanced EV charging technology for their infrastructure,” said Pier-Hugo Quevillon, head of The Mobility House’s North American operations, based in Montreal. “By establishing a company in Canada and housing our development team here, we’re demonstrating our commitment to accelerating the electric transition across North America.”
